<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes the return of profits to shareholders as one of its important management objectives, while securing necessary internal reserves for future business development and strengthening its financial position. Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends on a continuous basis, taking into account business performance and other factors.The Company's dividend policy is to distribute surplus earnings twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.Based on this policy, we have resolved to pay a dividend of 22.0 yen per share for the current fiscal year.Internal reserves will be allocated to strengthen the Company's financial position and to meet capital requirements for equipment and business investments.The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions may be executed by board of directors resolution in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.The dividend distribution for the current fiscal year is as follows.

Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while returning profits to shareholders based on business performance and other factors, and implementing stable dividends on a continuous basis. Dividends are paid twice annually as a general rule—interim dividends and year-end dividends—with retained earnings allocated to strengthening our corporate foundation, equipment investment, and business investment.
