Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to conduct dividend distributions on a continuous and stable basis. Under our 2021-2025 Medium-Term Plan, we will increase our dividend payout ratio from approximately 30% to approximately 40%. We will pay dividends twice annually, with record dates of March 31 and September 30. Retained earnings will be allocated to strategic investments for realizing our growth strategy and strengthening our management foundation. Share buybacks will be implemented as a complementary profit return measure to dividends, within a scope consistent with our dividend policy.</p>
