<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities and is committed to distributing stable earnings backed by the Company's financial performance as its basic policy.The Company's dividend distribution is based on a policy of two annual dividends: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. Additionally, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare dividends of surplus funds pursuant to Article 459 of the Companies Act.Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, taking into account the management environment surrounding the Company and the necessity of strengthening the management foundation to ensure stable earnings, the Company has decided not to pay a dividend.The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that the Company may pay an interim dividend as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.

Our basic dividend policy is to distribute stable profits backed by the company's business performance, positioning shareholder returns as one of our top management priorities. We distribute dividends twice annually as a standard practice: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
