<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 2.6666666666666666666666666667px; text-align: left">　The Company's articles of incorporation provide that year-end dividends may be paid from retained earnings by resolution of the shareholders' meeting. However, regarding shareholder dividends, the Company has decided to pay no dividends for the time being in order to establish internal reserves.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">　The Company intends to use internal reserve funds as a buffer for future business development.</p>

<p>While the Articles of Incorporation permit the Company to pay year-end dividends upon shareholder approval, the Company intends to retain earnings without paying dividends for the time being to strengthen its internal reserves. These retained earnings will be used as a foundation for future business development.</p>
