Based on this perspective, our policy is to avoid distributing profits outside the company and instead retain earnings to invest in golf course improvements and service enhancements.<br/>　Dividends may be paid by shareholder resolution, with December 31 each year as the reference date. However, our basic policy is not to set a fixed frequency for dividend payments.<br/>　In accordance with this policy, the company has consistently paid no dividends to shareholders since its founding.</p>

<p>From the perspective of shareholders whose primary purpose is to play golf, our policy is to avoid the outflow of funds through profit distribution and instead retain earnings for facility improvements and service enhancements at our golf course. As a basic principle, we do not set a fixed dividend frequency, and consistent with our founding philosophy, we have not paid dividends to shareholders.</p>
