<p style="margin-left: 36px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Our articles of incorporation provide that we may pay a year-end dividend with a base date of September 30 each year, and may also pay interim dividends with separately determined base dates. In the case of interim dividends, the board of directors serves as the decision-making body.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, there are uncertain factors regarding future prospects. Accordingly, we regret to inform you that, as in the previous fiscal year, we have decided not to pay a dividend.</p>

<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable dividends. We principally distribute dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend from retained earnings. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends with a specified record date, in addition to year-end dividends.</p>
