<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to maintain stable, continuous dividend payments while securing sufficient retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The shareholder meeting is the decision-making body for these dividend distributions.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Based on the above policy, we have decided to pay a dividend of 500 yen per share for this fiscal year. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for this fiscal year is 41.75%.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">We intend to use retained earnings effectively to enhance our cost competitiveness and respond to market needs in order to adapt to anticipated changes in the business environment going forward.</p>
