Management Policy
OS is pursuing sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value through its medium-term management plan "Rebuild 2022-2024." The plan targets consolidated net sales of 7.0-8.0 billion yen by fiscal year 2024, a consolidated operating margin of 5.0%, EBITDA of 1.0 billion yen or more, and an EBITDA multiple of 15x or less. The company has adopted business updating and strengthened responsiveness to environmental changes as its core strategy, with key priorities including redefining and restructuring business domains, identifying new growth opportunities, implementing cash flow-focused management, and building human resources and organizational capabilities to adapt to changing conditions.
In the Entertainment and Services segment, OS is advancing space utilization in its film business and developing diverse content and services. In the Food and Beverage segment, the company is focusing on attractive product development and new store openings. In the Real Estate segment, OS is working to enhance competitiveness in its rental business and maximize asset value, acquire new revenue-generating properties, and participate in area management activities to increase the value of its owned buildings and surrounding areas.
