<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; line-height: 19.333333333333333333333333333px; margin-bottom: 19.333333333333333333333333333px; text-align: left">　Our company operates a highly public-interest private broadcasting business. Our basic policy is to maintain a stable management foundation over the long term and to continue providing stable dividends on an ongoing basis.<br/>　We intend to continue paying dividends solely as year-end dividends once per fiscal year for the foreseeable future. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are decided by the board of directors.<br/>　Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, we have taken into account future financial and earnings conditions and, based on our dividend maintenance policy described above, resolved and implemented a dividend payment of 25 yen per share (total dividend amount of 9,000 thousand yen) at the ordinary shareholders' meeting held on June 26, 2025.<br/>　We intend to make effective use of retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund capital investments.<br/>　Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, subject to board of directors approval.</p>

<p>As a highly public-minded private broadcasting company, we are committed to securing a stable management foundation over the long term and maintaining consistent dividend payments as our basic policy. We will continue to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year for the foreseeable future. Retained earnings will be effectively utilized to strengthen our financial position and fund capital investments.</p>
