<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company prioritizes strengthening its management foundation. For the time being, we will limit cash outflows as much as possible and work to build up our equity capital to prepare for potential unexpected declines in revenue and increases in operating expenses.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide for interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The decision-making authority for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends. However, the Company currently does not pay dividends and has not established a basic policy regarding the frequency of dividends in each fiscal year.
Additionally, pursuant to Article 13 of the Expressway Companies Act, any resolution regarding dividend distribution or other disposition of surplus shall not become effective without the approval of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

We prioritize strengthening our operational foundation. For the time being, we will refrain from distributing profits outside the company and focus on building up our equity capital. We currently do not pay dividends and have not established a basic policy regarding dividend frequency. Any distribution of retained earnings requires approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
