<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company carries substantial interest-bearing debt from capital investments made at the time of opening, including airport land development. To ensure reliable repayment of this debt, the Company makes reserves from operating profits as the "Chubu Centrair International Airport Reserve Fund" under Article 10 of the "Act on the Establishment and Management of Chubu Centrair International Airport" (Law No. 36 of March 31, 1998), thereby deferring corporate income tax payments. To address changes in the operating environment facing our consolidated group, we will pursue growth investments for the future, work to recover aviation demand and increase commercial business revenue, while controlling increases in operating expenses and reducing interest-bearing debt. Through these efforts, we aim to secure liquidity on hand and strengthen our financial position.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that, by resolution of the shareholders' meeting, cash dividends of surplus shall be paid annually to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the final shareholder registry as of March 31. Additionally, under Article 17 of the "Act on the Establishment and Management of Chubu Centrair International Airport" (Law No. 36 of March 31, 1998), any resolution regarding dividend payments or other disposition of surplus shall not become effective without approval from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.</p>

<p>The company pursues a policy of accumulating profits earned from operations as the "Chubu Centrair International Airport Reserve Fund" to ensure repayment of interest-bearing debt, while deferring corporate income tax payments. The company will advance growth investments for the future while working to secure liquidity on hand and strengthen its financial position. Dividends are paid once annually as of March 31 each year.</p>
