The Company recognizes as an important management priority the stable and continuous return of profits to shareholders through dividends, while strengthening its management foundation and enhancing management resources from a medium- to long-term perspective, with the aim of maximizing corporate value through business growth. In allocating profits, the Company's basic policy is to comprehensively consider these factors and distribute them in a balanced manner.

Our basic policy is to balance stable and continuous returns to shareholders with strengthening our management foundation through retained earnings. We principally pay dividends once per year after assessing annual performance. We use retained earnings to enhance management resources and maximize corporate value through business growth.
