Regarding profit distribution, our basic policy is to pay an annual dividend at the end of the fiscal year based on business performance. In determining dividend amounts, we will comprehensively consider our financial condition, future capital requirements, and other factors, while prioritizing the strengthening and expansion of our management foundation and maintaining adequate retained earnings to support future growth.
The decision-making authority for dividend distribution rests with the shareholders' meeting.
For the current fiscal period, we plan to propose at the ordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on June 26, 2025, a dividend of 2 yen per share, totaling 64,000 thousand yen.
Going forward, we will clarify the future vision for each business and concentrate management resources on businesses and fields with promising growth potential.

Our basic policy is to pay a year-end dividend once per year based on business performance, while giving consideration to building up retained earnings to strengthen and expand our management foundation in preparation for future growth.
