As a public transportation company, our basic policy is to establish a long-term and stable management foundation while continuing to provide shareholders with appropriate dividends.

Our dividend policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making authority for dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting.

For the current fiscal year, in accordance with the above basic policy, we have set the dividend at 3 yen per share.
