<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our basic policy is to strengthen our management foundation to secure dividend earnings and to continue paying stable dividends on an ongoing basis.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">We distribute surplus earnings once per year (year-end dividend) as our basic policy.
