However, following the Company's transition to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Logisteed Group Inc. and the delisting of the Company's shares, no dividends have been paid.The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends.Additionally, the Company executed term loans from financial institutions on March 1, 2023 and April 3, 2023.
