<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management policy. Our basic approach is to pay dividends by taking into account our business performance, operating environment, and the strengthening of our financial position over the medium to long term.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The decision-making bodies for these dividends are the shareholders' meeting for the year-end dividend and the board of directors for the interim dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, although the operating environment surrounding the Company remains challenging, we have carefully considered our financial condition and future outlook. Based on the policy above, we have decided to implement a dividend of 1 yen per share (of which the interim dividend is 0 yen). As a result, the dividend payout ratio for the current fiscal year is 3.23%.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">We intend to use retained earnings for strategic investments aimed at reversing the declining trend in operating revenue, further developing and strengthening new business initiatives, and improving safety through equipment renovation and upgrades.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year.</p>
