<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
As a company with significant public responsibility centered on transportation operations, our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends over the long term. We determine dividends by comprehensively considering current period performance and the future operating environment.
Our basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.
Although we recorded net income attributable to parent company shareholders in the current period, we suspended dividend payments this period, as we did in the previous period, to strengthen our equity capital in preparation for changes in the operating environment.
Going forward, we are committed to improving profitability and financial condition, strengthening competitiveness, establishing a stable management foundation, and working toward the resumption of dividends.

Our basic policy is to continue stable dividends over the long term, with decisions made by comprehensively considering business performance and the operating environment. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend. Currently, we are suspending dividends to strengthen our equity base, but we aim to resume dividend payments as we improve profitability and strengthen our financial position.
