<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends based on September 30 in addition to year-end dividends, enabling the Company to distribute surplus twice annually.
The decision-making authority for surplus dividends is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
 

To implement continuous and stable dividends, the Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end—using as a benchmark the higher of a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or a consolidated dividend on equity (DOE) of 2% (annualized).


For the current consolidated fiscal year, after considering business performance and financial condition, the Company has decided to pay dividends of 37 yen per share (including 18 yen interim dividend) based on a DOE of 2% (1% per half-year).


Retained earnings will be allocated as growth capital for future business expansion.
