<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its important priorities while maintaining a basic policy of paying dividends in line with business performance. Specifically, the Company determines dividends by taking into account the return on equity exceeding market interest rates, as well as the dividend payout ratio, further strengthening the Company's financial position, and building adequate retained earnings to support future business development.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to pay surplus dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend payments. For the current fiscal year, taking into account the need to build adequate retained earnings, the Company has decided on a dividend of 6 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">For the upcoming fiscal year, the Company aims to further improve performance through strengthening product lineups in the operations division, developing new products in the trading division, and expanding rental income in the real estate division. The Company will work to increase shareholder returns while also expanding equity capital.</p>
