3. Dividend Policy
The Company aims to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and contribute to society while growing. We regard returning profits to shareholders as an important initiative. Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividend returns while balancing internal reserves needed for future business expansion.
The Company's dividend distributions are fundamentally made twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, based on Board of Directors' resolution.
Regarding the dividend for the current period, we regret to inform that no dividend will be paid.

Our basic policy is to continue providing stable returns to shareholders while maintaining internal reserves necessary for aggressive business expansion in the future. We distribute dividends twice annually as a general practice: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
