<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to pay dividends from surplus once per year at the end of the fiscal year.
However, due to significant losses recorded in the past from the application of impairment accounting and other factors, we have not yet eliminated the negative retained earnings balance.
We plan to implement dividends once distributable surplus is recorded and we reach a stage where stability is expected to be achieved in the following fiscal year and beyond.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors.
 
(Dividend Restrictions)

Land revaluation surplus is restricted from being used for dividends under Article 7-2, Paragraph 1 of the Law Concerning Revaluation of Land.

Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends. Currently, we have not yet eliminated the deficit in retained earnings. We plan to implement dividends once distributable surplus is recorded and a stable financial position is achieved.
