<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company recognizes shareholder value as an important management priority and is committed to returning profits to shareholders by implementing dividends based on business performance.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">At the same time, the Company recognizes that retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening of financial position are essential to protect shareholder interests.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions and other surplus distributions may be made by Board of Directors resolution in accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid.</p>
