<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
The Company positions the return of profits to shareholders as one of its key management policies and aims to continue improving profitability while maintaining stable dividends.
Regarding retained earnings, the Company will use them to strengthen its corporate foundation and fund future business development, while also flexibly implementing share buybacks to improve capital efficiency.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividends. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may distribute surplus dividends pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, and also permit the payment of interim dividends.
Based on these policies, the Company has set the interim dividend at 15 yen and the year-end dividend at 15 yen for the current fiscal year, for an annual dividend of 30 yen per share.
