We regret to inform you that we have no choice but to suspend dividends.Regarding dividends for the next period, given the continued uncertainty in the business environment, the year-end dividend remains undecided at this time.

Our basic policy is to pay dividends that reflect our business performance, while taking into account the strengthening of our corporate foundation and future business development. Although we have provisions allowing for interim dividends, our fundamental approach is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.
