<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company considers providing shareholders with stable, consistent dividends as one of its most important policies. Our basic approach is to make capital investments in logistics infrastructure that meets current needs, with a focus on streamlining and efficiency improvements, while maintaining and strengthening the Company's competitiveness and distributing profits backed by business performance.The Company's dividend policy is to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year. The dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting.Based on this basic policy, the Company will pay a year-end dividend of 30.00 yen per share for the current fiscal year. As a result, the dividend payout ratio is 26.61%.Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthen the management foundation and support future business development. (Note) Dividends from surplus with a record date in the current fiscal year are as follows.
