<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

Traditionally, the Company has used retained earnings for capital needs in growth areas and capital investments that support future growth. However, we also recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority, and we are committed to maintaining stable dividends.

Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may determine matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.
However, in light of current business performance and ongoing recall issues affecting the Company, we have decided to suspend dividend payments for the current period, continuing the approach taken in the previous two periods. The dividend for the next period has not yet been determined. We will announce an appropriate decision after comprehensively considering future business performance, the status of recall issues, and other relevant factors.

We regard returning profits to shareholders as a key management priority and maintain a basic policy of providing stable, continuous dividends. We distribute surplus earnings twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We allocate retained earnings to fund growth areas and capital investments that support future expansion.
