<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes appropriate profit returns to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to implement long-term and stable dividends and profit returns while improving our financial position and enhancing profitability.
The Company's basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year from retained earnings.
Dividend decisions are made by the shareholders' meeting.
For the current fiscal year, the Company has decided to pay a year-end dividend of 150 yen per share.
Retained earnings will be invested to strengthen our technology and development capabilities in order to respond to changes in the business environment and meet market needs.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board resolution with a record date of September 30 each year.
The dividend from retained earnings for the current fiscal year is as follows.
