Specific initiatives include production efficiency improvements, business selection and concentration, growth strategy acceleration through alliances, and growth strategy advancement through M&A. Through these measures, the company targets consolidated results for the final year of 26.5 billion yen in revenue, 2.1 billion yen in operating profit, and 6.8% ROE, with further ambitions to exceed 8% ROE through strengthened M&A activities.
