<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

　Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year.


　Our primary business fields are energy and water. We position the long-term and comprehensive expansion of shareholder value as an important management objective. We will make every effort to enhance shareholder value through the results of business expansion. Regarding dividends, we intend to consider them comprehensively based on our medium- to long-term business plans, financial condition, and profit levels. However, given our current circumstances, we have determined that improving profitability, strengthening our cash position, and reinforcing our financial structure are our top priorities. Therefore, we have decided not to pay dividends at this time.


　When dividends are paid, the decision will be made at the shareholders' meeting.

The basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the term. However, the company is currently prioritizing revenue improvement, strengthening cash reserves, and enhancing financial soundness, and therefore is not paying dividends at this time.
