<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic dividend policy is to strengthen its financial position and establish a solid management foundation over the long term, based on which it will implement stable dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings as a year-end dividend once per fiscal year.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 60px; margin-right: 18px; text-align: left; text-indent: -30px">The decision-making authority for such surplus dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 6px">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the Company has decided to pay a dividend of 45 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development and capital investments for business expansion based on a medium- to long-term perspective.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-right: 12px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid by board of directors resolution.</p>
