<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders and stabilize business operations by implementing an annual year-end dividend, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Going forward, we intend to implement stable and continuous dividends by comprehensively considering our business performance and dividend payout ratio, thereby meeting the expectations of our shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, taking into account our basic profit distribution policy and future business developments, we have implemented a year-end dividend of 7.50 yen per share.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Retained earnings will be allocated to rationalization investments in production and sales, as well as strengthening our financial position to ensure stable business operations. This is necessary to respond to the demanding business environment requiring high-quality standards. We believe these investments are essential for securing future earnings.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">We do not adopt an interim dividend system.</p>
