The Company operates with the principle of returning profits to our shareholders who have invested in us. Based on this principle and in consideration of the Company's long-term sustainability, we are committed to maximizing profit returns to shareholders from a long-term perspective, and our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making body for dividend distribution is the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Regarding the surplus earnings dividend for the current fiscal year, we have set the dividend at 15 yen per share, taking into comprehensive consideration our policy of maintaining stable dividends while strengthening our financial position, the need to respond to the continued support of our shareholders, and the fact that November 2025 marks the 90th anniversary of the Company's establishment. Retained earnings will be allocated toward preparations for future business development and research and development expenses.
