The Company operates its business with shareholder returns as a top priority and is committed to providing appropriate profit distributions to shareholders.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that dividends may be paid twice annually—as interim dividends and year-end dividends—with year-end dividends subject to shareholder meeting approval and interim dividends subject to board of directors approval. However, currently the Company implements dividends once annually as year-end dividends only.
For the current fiscal year, the Company regrets to announce that no dividend will be paid.

The Company will continue efforts to establish a stable business foundation and strengthen its financial position, while enhancing profitability to address anticipated changes in the operating environment and work toward resuming dividends.
