The Company aims to implement stable and continuous dividends while monitoring business performance, based on the fundamental policy of providing appropriate profit returns to shareholders.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings as a year-end dividend once per fiscal year.
The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for these dividends.
The Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on April 22, 2025, that no dividend will be paid for the current consolidated fiscal year.
