<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Our basic policy is to determine profit distributions by comprehensively considering both the provision of consistent dividends to shareholders and the accumulation of retained earnings to ensure stable business foundations and the long-term strengthening of our management and financial position.</span>

<span style="font-weight: normal">Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">The decision-making bodies for these dividend payments are the shareholders' meeting for the year-end dividend and the board of directors for the interim dividend.</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-left: 12px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Based on the above basic policy, the year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ended March 2018 was initially set at 8 yen per share. However, after comprehensively considering that the Company's performance exceeded both the announced plan and the previous fiscal year's results, we increased the year-end dividend by 2 yen per share to 10 yen. Combined with the interim dividend of 8 yen per share already paid, the annual dividend is 18 yen per share.</span><br/>
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that "the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year."</p>
