<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company distributes surplus earnings on a stable and continuous basis. In determining dividend amounts, we consider various factors including business performance trends, financial condition, changes in the operating environment, and future business plans. We also take into account profit levels, retained earnings on the balance sheet, and dividend payout ratios, all with a focus on efficient management and stable growth.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year, comprehensive reforms led by the Revitalization Committee have gradually begun to show results. Net income for the period reached 354 million yen, demonstrating certain progress in business performance. However, the Company's financial foundation remains fragile with considerable room for improvement. We have determined that it is necessary to strengthen our financial base by increasing retained earnings and pursuing further operational improvements. Therefore, we have decided to pay a dividend of 1 yen per share, which we regret is modest.</p>

<span style="font-weight: normal">Our basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings once per year, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. While our articles of incorporation allow the Board of Directors to pay interim dividends as of September 30 each year, we have decided not to pay an interim dividend in light of current profit levels.</span>
</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 6px; text-align: left">Going forward, we will promptly implement measures to achieve stable business growth. We will also effectively utilize accumulated retained earnings from a long-term perspective to strengthen existing business divisions and develop new business areas, with the entire company committed to enabling stable dividend payments.</p>
