<p>Our basic policy is to realize stable and continuous dividends, using a DOE (Dividend on Equity) of 4.0% as our benchmark. Based on business performance and other factors, we target a dividend payout ratio of 50% or more, with dividends paid twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to expanding existing core businesses and investments for long-term growth, including new business development and M&A activities. Share buybacks are considered flexibly, taking into account our financial position and stock price levels.</p>
