<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic management policy is to maintain stable dividends while strengthening our financial foundation and pursuing further growth strategies, taking into account the need to build adequate retained earnings. The Company's dividend on surplus is paid once annually as a year-end dividend, with the decision made by the shareholders' meeting. The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that the Board of Directors may resolve to pay interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act (with a record date of September 30).</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Regarding dividends, consolidated net assets at the end of the current fiscal year totaled 51.321 billion yen. However, the Company must secure redemption funds totaling over 40 billion yen for Class A and Class B preferred shares with redemption dates beginning in June 2026. Consequently, we find it necessary to forgo the year-end dividend. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.</p>
