Business Overview

Creo operates four main business segments. First, in the Solutions Services business, we provide various solution services centered on "ZeeM," our human resources payroll and accounting solution. This business is managed by the Cloud Business Division, Enterprise DX Business Division, and Business Acceleration Business Division.

Second, in the Contract Development business, we provide system development services to major companies including the Fujitsu Group and Amano Corporation. This business is managed by the System Development Business Division and Product Development Business Division.

Third, in the System Operations and Services business, we primarily provide system development, maintenance, and operation services to major domestic portal site operators. This business is managed by Cocoto Inc.

Management Policy

Against the backdrop of growth in the IT services market, Creo has formulated its medium-term management plan "VISION2030" for the period from April 2024 to March 2027. The plan targets revenue of 18 billion yen and operating profit of 1.5 billion yen, pursuing value maximization through expansion of recurring business and productivity improvements. The company is also building a management foundation to enable sustainable growth.

Creo's growth strategy focuses on four core business segments. In the Solutions Services business, the company is prioritizing the expansion of "HR Solutions" that address changing work styles.
