<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has positioned returning profits to shareholders as one of its top management priorities. Our fundamental management objective is to maintain a strong financial foundation for strategic investments and to prepare for sudden environmental changes, while generating profits on a stable basis. We also aim to achieve a 10% ROE (Return on Equity) as outlined in our medium-term management plan and to further enhance corporate value.
To this end, in addition to aggressive M&A investments, we will pursue improved growth, profitability, and efficiency by implementing the following proactive shareholder return policy through March 2026.
① We will implement stable dividends (interim and year-end dividends) with a consolidated total payout ratio target of 100%.
② We will maintain a DOE (Dividend on Equity) of 6% or higher.
③ We will also conduct flexible share buybacks.
Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. According to our Articles of Incorporation, the year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, and the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.
Based on this policy, we have decided to pay an interim dividend of 20 yen per share and a year-end dividend of 28 yen per share for the current fiscal year. As a result, the annual dividend per share for the current fiscal year is 48 yen, and the consolidated dividend payout ratio is 77.9%.
Retained earnings will be used effectively to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability of our management foundation and to realize continuous expansion and development of our business.
The dividends of surplus for the current fiscal year are as follows.

As our shareholder return policy through March 2026, we aim to provide stable dividends (paid twice yearly in interim and year-end distributions) with a consolidated total payout ratio of approximately 100%, while targeting a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 6% or higher. We will also conduct opportunistic share buybacks as needed. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthen our financial position and fund business expansion and development.
