<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while taking into account profit conditions for each fiscal year and capital investments in our wood biomass power generation facilities. We use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund future business development. The Board of Directors has the authority to make flexible profit distributions through dividend decisions and other means.</p>
