<p>We maintain stable dividends as our basic policy, making decisions by comprehensively considering business performance, medium to long-term financial conditions, and financial position. Based on progress toward our 2030 management targets, we have increased dividends from 50 yen per share. Going forward, we plan to enhance shareholder returns by adding dividends based on the performance of our integrated energy services business and growth businesses. Dividends are paid twice annually as a standard practice, with retained earnings allocated to improving our financial position.</p>
