<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic capital policy is to maintain sufficient retained earnings necessary for medium- to long-term enhancement of corporate value and sustainable business growth, while distributing profits to shareholders. Regarding dividend policy, we will consider various factors comprehensively, including business performance trends, financial condition, and future business and investment plans, while balancing retained earnings.
For the current fiscal year, we have decided not to pay dividends, prioritizing the stability of our financial foundation.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by Board of Directors resolution, with April 30 as the standard date each year.

Our basic dividend policy is to return profits to shareholders while maintaining internal reserves necessary for long-term corporate value enhancement and sustainable growth. We determine dividend levels by comprehensively considering business performance trends, financial condition, and capital investment plans, while balancing the need for internal reserves. We distribute dividends twice annually—at the interim and year-end periods—as our basic policy.
