<p>Our basic dividend policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while providing continuous and stable dividends to shareholders. We implement dividends once a year as a year-end dividend, though interim dividends are also possible. We plan to use retained earnings for securing working capital as our business expands and for strengthening our corporate structure.</p>
