<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. We intend to implement dividends in the future after comprehensively considering our business foundation development, financial performance, and financial condition.
For the time being, we believe that prioritizing the development of our business foundation will maximize shareholder value. Therefore, our basic policy is to strengthen retained earnings as the source for future dividends. In the current fiscal year, we have suspended dividend payments because accumulated retained earnings are negative. At this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.
When the Company distributes surplus, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. Pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that the Board of Directors shall be the decision-making body for dividend distributions, except where otherwise provided by law. Retained earnings will be used to strengthen our financial position and serve as a source of funding for future business development.

Since our establishment, we have not paid any dividends. Our basic policy is to prioritize strengthening our business foundation and building internal reserves. While the timing of dividend implementation remains undecided, if we do implement dividends, we plan to pay them twice annually—as interim and year-end dividends. We intend to use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund future business expansion.
