<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>

The Company recognizes shareholder returns as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain necessary retained earnings to support future business development and strengthen our financial position, while providing continuous and stable dividends or repurchasing our own shares. However, as the Company is currently in a growth phase, we prioritize aggressive business investments for expansion and strengthening our financial foundation for the time being. This policy also applies to the current fiscal year. In the future, we will consider implementing shareholder returns based on the status of retained earnings and the balance with other capital allocation priorities.


When the Company pays dividends from surplus, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Company may pay interim dividends as of June 30 each year, subject to Board of Directors approval.

Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends or share buybacks. However, as we are in a growth phase, we currently prioritize aggressive business investment for expansion and strengthening our financial position. When we do pay dividends, we will do so primarily as an annual year-end dividend, with interim dividends also possible.
