<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes the distribution of profits to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic policy is to secure necessary retained earnings for future business development and strengthening of our financial position, while continuing to implement stable dividends on an ongoing basis.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, the Company considers itself to be in a growth phase. To realize stable, continuous dividends in the future, we believe it is necessary to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability of our management foundation and to build up internal reserves to support continuous business expansion and development. Accordingly, we are not implementing dividends at this time. We intend to utilize retained earnings effectively as funds for recruiting and developing talented personnel who will support ongoing business growth.
When dividends are implemented in the future, our basic policy is to conduct them once per fiscal year based on a resolution at the shareholders' meeting, with the fiscal year-end as the record date. However, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid based on August 31 as the record date, subject to a resolution by the Board of Directors.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable, continuous dividend payments while securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation. We plan to use internal reserves as funding for enhanced recruitment and development of talent. While we plan to implement dividends once per year as a general rule, interim dividends are also possible.
