<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves while ensuring sustainable dividends to shareholders, in order to achieve corporate growth and strengthen our financial foundation.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act regarding dividend distributions may be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. Additionally, the Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions may be made twice annually—with a record date for year-end dividends (November 30) and a record date for interim dividends (May 31)—as well as on other record dates as determined. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividend distributions.
However, as the Company is in a growth phase, we currently prioritize strengthening our financial position and investing in business expansion to ensure long-term profit returns to shareholders. Accordingly, we have not implemented dividends to date.
We will use retained earnings to support future business development and strengthen our financial foundation, thereby securing shareholder value in the long term.
Going forward, we plan to consider profit returns to shareholders while taking into account the operating results and financial condition of each fiscal year. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend implementation remain undetermined at this time.
Should the Company implement dividend distributions, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually.

Our basic policy is to provide continuous dividends to shareholders. When dividends are paid, we will implement them once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. Currently, we are in a growth phase and prioritize strengthening our financial position and investing in business expansion, so we are not currently paying dividends. We plan to use retained earnings to support business development and strengthen our management foundation.
