<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening our financial position, building internal reserves for business expansion, and allocating resources to investments that diversify our revenue base and enhance profitability. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that returning profits to shareholders remains an important management objective.
Going forward, we will develop our dividend policy based on the following approach: while strengthening profitability and establishing a solid business foundation, we will consider the business environment surrounding the Company and balance internal reserves with shareholder returns. We intend to use internal reserves to strengthen our financial position and invest in enhancing profitability, including the recruitment and development of talented personnel.
When the Company implements dividend payments, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting, while interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by Board of Directors resolution in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.
In addition, to express our appreciation for shareholders' continued support and to enhance the investment appeal of our shares and encourage broader ownership, we have established and implemented a shareholder benefit program.

We will review our dividend policy while strengthening earnings capacity and establishing a solid business foundation, taking into account the business environment and maintaining a balance with retained earnings. When we pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay a year-end dividend once per fiscal year. We plan to use retained earnings for strengthening our financial position and investing in revenue growth initiatives, including workforce expansion and development.
